A little disappointed...

While on our vacation, we ate dinner at the fantastic Kouzzina by Cat Cora at the BoardWalk Hotel at Disney World.  They present some wonderful Greek food.  We have made it a point to stop in there every time we go since it has opened.  My personal favorite dish there is the Avgolemono soup.  It is a light lemony soup with rice and a bit of shredded chicken.  I requested the recipe from the restaurant.  Unfortunately, I have not yet received it.  There is a very sad foodie in this corner.  I might just have to search for it online and then make several attempts at perfection.  It was the only disappointment of our trip but I am still holding out hope to receive an email in the next few weeks.
